Why is there a setup fee?
Meridian is not a generic tool you log into and figure out. The $2,500 Custom Architecture fee covers a hands-on engagement where we audit your sales process, build your knowledge base, configure your call guides and practice scenarios, train your team live, and optimize the system over the first 30 days. You get a platform that works the way your team already sells — on day one.
Can I just sign up and do it myself?
No. Every Meridian deployment is custom-built around the client's methodology, verticals, and org structure. This is intentional — it means your reps get a system that mirrors how they actually sell, not a blank canvas they have to configure themselves. The result is faster adoption and better coaching from day one.
What happens after the Custom Architecture engagement?
Once your buildout is complete and your team is live, you move to ongoing per-seat licensing. You choose the tier that matches your team size and feature needs — Starter, Pro, or Enterprise — billed monthly or annually.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your seat license at any time. Changes are prorated automatically.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing follows a 10-for-12 model: pay for 10 months and get 12 months of access. That is approximately a 17% discount, or the equivalent of 2 months free.
How much does Meridian cost?
There is a one-time $2,500 Custom Architecture fee, followed by ongoing per-seat licensing: Starter $49/seat/month (3-seat minimum), Pro $99/seat/month, Enterprise $199/seat/month. Annual billing saves the equivalent of two months.
